Joe Zucker
Joe Zucker received his MFA from the Art Institute of Chicago in 1964 and now paints in East Hampton, New York.
Zucker achieved recognition in the 1970s for his paintings constructed of cotton balls. Recently, Zucker has used the grid as a framework for his compositions, manipulating its structure with color, words, and diagonal lines.
