Devon DeJardin is a Los Angeles-based artist working across painting, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture. His work revolves around the concept of the guardian: an abstract, geometric figure that draws from religious iconography, architectural form, and mythological symbolism. These guardians act as secular totems or stand-ins for the unseen forces, challenges, and internal shifts that shape human experience.
Recent solo exhibitions include Echoes of the Past at Albertz Benda, New York (2024) and Pareidolia at Carl Kostyál, Stockholm (2024). DeJardin will be presenting his first solo museum exhibition in the fall of 2026 at the Long Beach Museum of Art in Long Beach, CA. His work is held in the permanent collection of Space K Museum, Seoul and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Washington D.C.
