Shipping:

This work will ship within 3 business days of your order. Shipping and U.S. sales tax are calculated automatically based on shipping address.

Tracking numbers will be provided at the time of shipment. Domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day. International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority. Signature is required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact FedEx directly to reschedule shipment.  Any prints returned to sender will be forfeited. 

Shipping to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders and pickup at the gallery is not available. Foreign taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Works are insured by Pace Prints in transit. Should any damage be incurred during FedEx transit, clients must notify Pace Prints within one week of receipt for a claim to be processed. 


 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

About this Release

 

Pace Prints is pleased to announce the release of a benefit print edition by Austin Lee. Rendered Birds is a photogravure print, in an edition of 50. Created in celebration of Earth Day, proceeds benefit Environmental Defense Fund. Rendered Birds is Pace Prints’ second benefit to support EDF and will be available to purchase on this page on Earth Day, April 22, 2021, at 11:00 am EDT. ⁠

Rendered Birds was created using virtual reality. I draw the birds in VR and then “photograph” them in 3D space. I often use the digital image as inspiration but this time, with the help of Pace Prints, we used a photogravure process to translate the digital image into an intaglio print.

I love birds and computers and nature and people and I don't think these have to be at odds. I am hopeful that there are solutions to environmental challenges that can make a safer world for everyone. Last year, Robin F. Williams and Pace Prints released a print to benefit the Environmental Defense Fund and I would like to continue the tradition.
