Ross Caliendo (b. 1988, Pittsburgh, PA) is a Los Angeles based artist. His paintings portray a forest and its floor, setting the stage for Caliendo’s dexterous exploration of color. The landscapes’ vibrant infusions of inorganic hues cultivate an ecology both otherworldly and psychogenic. At Pace Editions, Caliendo delves into printmaking with the spirit of collaboration and experimentation, producing unique works that rustle and sway in their spontaneity. 

Caliendo earned his BFA at Columbus College of Art and Design, Ohio. His work has been featured in a number of solo exhibitions, including Asia Art Center, Taipei; CVG Foundation, Beijing; Loyal Gallery, Stockholm; Ross+Kramer, East Hampton and New York; Grifter, New York; No Place Gallery, Columbus; Phil Gallery, Los Angeles; and Mayeur Projects, Las Vegas.
